Born in Lebanon, during a time of conflict, I found solace in the Mediterranean Sea. Its azure waters, sun-drenched shores, and timeless beauty offered a stark contrast to the turmoil that surrounded me. This early experience shaped my artistic vision, imbuing my work with a deep-seated appreciation for both the fragility and resilience of the human spirit.

Now a London-based artist, I channel that connection into The Med, my ongoing collection of abstract paintings. Each canvas begins with rich, textured colour, sun-warmed golds, deep greens, the endless blue of open water, before a free, joyful layer of poured paint dances across the surface, catching the light the way sunlight catches water.

My focus is on capturing how the Mediterranean feels, sun on skin, salt in the air, a lasting sense of peace. Each painting is a celebration of light, beauty, and resilience, and I hope it offers you that same moment of peace.
